A little about me
Hi guys, My name is Edose Ibadin and I am a professional runner for Under Amour competing primarily in the 800 meters. I also compete on the Nigerian National Track and Field team on a global level.

I currently reside in Glenn Dale, MD which is a small suburb of Washington DC. I competed collegiately for Hampton University in Hampton, VA and DuVal HS at the high school level. Currently I train with the District Track Club in Washington DC and Northern VA.

For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. As an athlete, I've learned the mental side of sport is just as important if not more important than the physical. Now, I want to share the knowledge that I have acquired through running races, reading books, and listening to podcasts.

Training diaries will serve as a training log both physical and mental that people can go and look back on for reference. I will be giving tips on the mental skills that it takes to be an elite performer both in life and in sports. I will also give fitness tips as well for those who want to get to the next level.
Take some time to explore the blog, read it, and let the training begin.
